Shipping

We ship within Europe exclusively with DHL. Outside Europe with UPS Express or DHL Express.

Dispatch processing takes place daily between 7.00 am and 12.00 pm. All orders paid for before 12.00 noon are dispatched on the same day and are often delivered to our customers the very next day.

As soon as the parcel has been scanned by DHL on collection, you will find the tracking number in the customer area.

Return

We grant a 30-day right of return on all BIOGETA® products. In other words, if you are not satisfied, simply send the goods back to us and you will receive a full refund!
